Q: What does the term C.O.M. mean?
A: C.O.M. stands for customer’s own material. This means that you send in your own fabric for upholstery instead of one of our fabrics.
Q: Do you sell your fabric in cut yardage?
A: Yes, all of our fabrics can be purchased in cut yardage. There is a 2 yard minimum order when purchasing fabric in cut yardage.
Q: Do you offer fabric swatches?
A: Yes, we offer up to 8 fabric swatches for free. Simply go to the fabric section of the website and click the Fabric Swatches link and fill out the on-line form.
Q: How do I place an order or price quote?

Q: What payment options do you offer?
A: We accept Checks, Money Orders and and most major Credit Cards*. We require a 50% deposit on any furniture order and the remaining balance is due before shipment. We require payment in full for any fabric purchase before the fabric can be shipped. We will supply Shipment-tracking numbers upon request.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Our furniture orders usually take between 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. A fabric order generally takes between 3 to 5 weeks for delivery depending on the yardage ordered. In rare instances or especially busy periods it may take longer than normal. If there is a delay with your order we will notify you of the delay.
Q: I am concerned about buying furniture that I have not tested out or sat in. Does Montage Galleries have a showroom or a retail store?
A: We don’t blame you for being concerned; nobody wants to buy furniture that is not comfortable or is poorly built. The only response that we have is our word. We have been in the furniture business for over 35 years in the furniture capital of the world and we design our furniture with comfort, style and quality in mind. No piece of furniture will leave our building without meeting our standards.
Q: How comfortable are your furnishings?
A: The comfort of our furniture is outstanding! Our furniture is engineered for a lifetime of comfort and seating enjoyment. Our Solid-Side frame design and contract grade webbing support system combined with our quality density foam, gives each piece a controlled yet very relaxed feel.
Q: What types of components are used in the manufacturing of your furniture?
A: The frames are all kiln dried hardwood (maple & top grade plywood) and are manufactured on site. We also use contract grade latex webbing in most of our pieces for more comfort and durability, instead of metal springs, which can break down over time. All our pieces are hand-crafted and built to order with the finest raw materials
Q: Do you offer a warranty on your furniture?
A: Yes. Our furniture has been carefully manufactured using only the very finest of materials, and is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase by the original consumer.

A: We do carry a full catalog of our products and fabrics; however; we have all of our products on-line to eliminate shipping & printing costs to give you the lowest price possible. We give catalogs out pending on your fist order. If you wish to have a catalog before placing you first order please contact us. The price of the catalog is $25.00 and is reimbursed upon recite of your first order.
Q: How will my order be shipped and how much will it cost?
A: When purchasing fabric alone we ship via UPS and the charges are usually in-between $15 to $50 depending on the size of the order.
We ship via carrier on any furniture order larger than an ottoman. We offer residential delivery, loading dock delivery and in some occasions furniture movers. The price of the shipping will depend on the size of your order, where you live and what type of delivery service you require; we will give you a shipping quote upon request.
Q: Do you sell to the public or only to the trade?
A: We do sell directly to the public if there is not a retail store with in 50 miles that carries the Montage Galleries Line. Please contact us via website, e-mail, fax or phone with your request.
Q: Can I customize any piece of Montage Galleries furniture?
A: whereas most of our furniture can be customized, our Traditional solid wood furniture can only be customized by the fabric & the finish that you choose. We cannot alter the frames in any way |
